How much does it cost to use this service?

State Bank of Downs/Berkley Bank does not charge for this service.

How do I register?

  1. Click 'Register/Login Here'
  2. Enter the requested information
  3. Select any alerts you would like to receive
  4. Click submit

What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, you will first need to deregister your existing card by visiting the alert preferences website or texting STOP to the provided number. You will then need to register your destination address(es) for the new card and select your preferences and thresholds.

Is this service safe and secure?

Yes. Our first priority is to protect your personal information. We never ask for your account number, personal identification or other personal information. If you ever receive an email asking for your Card number, account numbers or other personal information, for your safety, please do not respond. That email would never be from State Bank of Downs/Berkley Bank.

How do I edit my alert settings once I have registered?

You can always edit your settings (e.g. minimum dollar amounts for transactions) after the initial registration. Simply click the 'Register/Login Here' button on the main page. For the security of your account, you will be asked to re-key your information prior to making a change to any alerts. You can update your threshold preferences with the desired amounts.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe by logging into the website and clicking on 'Delete Registration.' You will receive an opt-out confirmation. You can also unsubscribe to this service by calling card services at 785-454-3323 or 303-770-0361.
